Section 01

About subprocessors

A subprocessor is a service provider Kartios uses to process information on behalf of a church or ministry while delivering the Service. These are Kartios’s current direct providers. Each provider may use its own subprocessors under its published contractual and privacy terms.

This list should be read with the Privacy Policy and our Security & Privacy page.

Services Kartios does not currently use

Stripe or another payment processor, customer relationship management platforms, advertising networks, artificial intelligence providers, and a product-email SDK are not current Kartios subprocessors. Public pricing is display-only, and purchasing remains walkthrough-led.

Resend currently delivers Supabase authentication emails through SMTP. Kartios does not currently use Resend’s application SDK for product messages.

Section 04

Changes to this list

Kartios will keep this page current. After public launch, we will provide approximately 30 days’ advance notice of a materially new subprocessor when reasonably practicable. A provider needed for an urgent security, legal, or service-continuity reason may be engaged sooner, with notice as practical.

Questions or reasonable objections about a new provider may be sent to jdtozier@gmail.com. Kartios will review them in good faith, but cannot guarantee that every requested alternative provider will be technically or commercially available.
