A profile counts when its workspace membership is active—not according to login access, feature usage, or the number of relationships connected to that person.
Inactivating a membership preserves its ministry history; it does not delete the person or rewrite recorded work.

An active profile represents someone whose membership in your Kartios workspace is active. The profile counts once regardless of role or participation in multiple groups and discipleship relationships.
Yes. A managed profile without login access still counts while its workspace membership is active because Kartios continues supporting the ministry work connected to that person.
No. One active profile counts once, even when the person belongs to several groups, carries leadership responsibility, or participates in mentor-led discipleship.
A profile with an inactive membership no longer counts toward the plan. Kartios retains the person and their ministry history rather than deleting that context, subject to the existing role and visibility rules.
Annual billing uses a lower monthly-equivalent rate and is charged once per year. Select Annual in the estimator to see the exact annual charge and savings for your ministry size.
Yes. Every published size band includes the complete Kartios product. Core discipleship relationships, meetings, curriculum, prayer, participation, care, and leadership context are not separated into feature tiers.
